Return & Refund Policy
Return and Exchange:
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns. We request our customers who are interested in our products to buy and try a 1 oz spice bag before ordering larger quantities.
If the food package inside the shipment package arrives damaged, please provide proof of damage photos within 24 hours upon receiving, for Pear Foods LLC to process a refund request. In the event of a refund, only the product value will be given as store credit and, shipping and handling charges that are beyond our control will not be refunded.
If the order was processed incorrectly for some reason, please contact us and we will work with you to correct the situation.
Cancellations:
Once the order is placed, we do not accept any cancellations.
